I've always liked the way Gagliardi let those college boys, still be college boys. Seems that he doesn't push them to hard in practices or games and the kids respond to that.
at st. john's the practices are no-contact, the players are taught to give the ball to the ref after they score a td (act like you've been there before), and there are no cals or blocking sled!!!
